Looking for a fun, engaging way for your kids to stay active, build confidence, and make friends? Our CrossFit Kids program is back with a brand-new 8-week session starting October 20th! Designed for children ages 3–13, our classes combine fitness, play, and skill-building to help your child grow strong—physically and mentally.
Class Schedule
- Ages 3-5 – Thursdays 4:15pm 👶
- Ages 6-9 – Tuesdays 6:30pm 🧒
- Ages 10-13 – Wednesdays 6:15pm 🧑
- Teens – Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:15pm 👦
- Multi-Age (Ages 3-12) – Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:15–11:00am 👧
Our classes focus on:
- Building strength, coordination, and balance
- Encouraging teamwork and social skills
- Creating healthy habits and a love for movement
- Making fitness fun and age-appropriate
