HYROX 40

Saturdays at 7:00am

Our 40-minute HYROX training class is a shorter, more accessible version of a full HYROX workout. We condense the HYROX experience into a manageable timeframe while still maintaining the same style of training:

  • steady cardio
  • functional strength
  • constant movement
  • endurance-focused conditioning

Athletes rotate through stations that may include:

  • running
  • rowing
  • biking
  • SkiErg
  • sled pushes and pulls
  • carries
  • lunges
  • wall balls
  • burpees
  • other HYROX-style functional movements

This class is ideal for:

  • beginners interested in HYROX training
  • CrossFit athletes wanting additional conditioning
  • busy professionals needing efficient workouts
  • athletes building aerobic capacity and functional fitness

The pace is challenging but approachable, making HYROX 40 a great entry point into HYROX-style fitness training.

HYROX 75

Tuesdays at 6:15pm

Our 75-minute HYROX class places a larger emphasis on endurance, pacing, running volume, and sustained effort.

Compared to shorter conditioning classes, athletes experience:

  • longer work periods
  • more running intervals
  • higher aerobic demand
  • greater mental endurance
  • strategic pacing challenges

The structure typically alternates between:

  • running intervals
  • cardio machines
  • functional workout stations including:
    • sled pushes and pulls
    • carries
    • lunges
    • wall balls
    • rowing
    • burpees
    • strength-endurance movements

The biggest difference in HYROX 75 is the running focus. Athletes spend significantly more time running between stations, creating an experience that closely mirrors the physical demands of HYROX competition.

The workout feels like continuous aerobic work mixed with muscular fatigue over an extended time domain.

Pacing is typically:

  • steady
  • controlled
  • endurance-focused rather than all-out intensity

This class is ideal for:

  • athletes training for a HYROX race
  • runners wanting functional strength training
  • CrossFit athletes building endurance
  • individuals looking to improve stamina and conditioning

HYROX SIM

Sundays at 11:00am

Wave starts every 10 minutes

Last wave begins at 12:30pm

Our HYROX Simulation class is designed to feel as close to an actual HYROX race as possible.

Instead of shorter interval-style workouts, athletes complete a continuous race-style training session with running segments and functional stations performed in the same sequence and format experienced in competition.

Wave Start Format

Athletes do not all begin at once. Instead, individuals or small groups start every few minutes in staggered waves, similar to a real HYROX event.

This creates:

  • smoother movement through stations
  • less equipment congestion
  • a more authentic race atmosphere
  • better pacing and transition practice

Simulation workouts may include:

  • repeated running intervals
  • rowing
  • SkiErg work
  • sled pushes and pulls
  • burpee broad jumps
  • carries
  • lunges
  • wall balls
  • endurance-focused functional stations

The focus shifts away from movement coaching and toward:

  • pacing strategy
  • transitions
  • race preparation
  • fueling and hydration practice
  • maintaining movement quality under fatigue

These classes are longer, mentally tougher, and more competition-focused than standard HYROX workouts because athletes move almost continuously while managing race intensity over an extended period of time.

The atmosphere feels much more event-like as athletes:

  • track times
  • manage transitions
  • test endurance strategy
  • practice race-day execution
  • experience HYROX-specific fatigue

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
