Travel Workouts!

Here's a fresh batch of travel workouts you can do while on vacation or a business trip! 

“Anywhere AMRAP”

AMRAP 30–40:

“Traveler’s Grind” 25 minutes

EMOM 25 (rotate):

  1. 45 sec Jog / Row / Bike
  2. 45 sec Jog / Row / Bike (just a little more effort)
  3. 45 sec Step-Back Lunges or Air Squats
  4. 45 sec Plank Hold
  5. Rest - or - hold Plank for longer

“Hotel Sprints” 16-24 minutes

Every 2 minutes for 8 rounds (16 min total) or 12 rounds (24 mins):

“Pyramid Intervals” 14-21 minutes

Run / Bike / Row:

"What the WATT?"  20 minutes

20 minutes on a Bike, Treadmill, or Rower

Score your Average Wattage Output (you'll need to set up the monitor/computer prior)

“Travel Cindy” 20 minutes

AMRAP 20:

“Annie on the Road” 10–15 minutes

50-40-30-20-10 reps of:

Getting in a great workout while on the road can boost your energy and mood - and of course keep your fitness routine on track! If you're a road warrior - rotate through these workouts and track your progress over time!
