At KCI CrossFit, we believe that fitness should be fun, challenging, and empowering—especially for kids! Our Summer Youth Programs are designed to help children and teens stay active, develop confidence, and build lifelong healthy habits in a supportive and high-energy environment.
Whether your child is just getting started or is already an athlete, we’ve created age-appropriate classes that meet them where they’re at. From jumping and running to strength and teamwork, every class is filled with movement, encouragement, and growth.

June 2nd - July 31st | Summer Class Schedule
- Ages 3–5: Thursday's 5:15pm-6:00pm
- Ages 6–9: Tuesday's 5:15pm-6:00pm
- Ages 10–13: Tuesday's 6:00pm-7:00pm
- Multi-Age (3–12): Tues & Thurs 10:15am-11:00am
- Teen Athletes (14–18): Tues & THurs 11:00am-12:00pm
Ages 3–5: Intro to Movement
This class is all about playful movement, coordination, and confidence. We focus on the FUNdamentals—jumping, running, balancing, and basic strength skills—through games, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate drills.

Ages 6–9: Fitness & Fun
Kids in this group are ready to take it up a notch with structured workouts that focus on strength, coordination, and body control. We teach basic CrossFit movements using light equipment and lots of enthusiasm.

Ages 10–13: Strength & Skill
Pre-teens are ready to learn more technical skills and challenge themselves. We combine strength training, conditioning, and team-based workouts to build grit, confidence, and leadership.

Multi-Age 3–12: Family-Friendly Fitness

Teen Athletes (14–18): Train Like a Pro
