We’re excited to announce the next 8-week session of our KCI CrossFit Kids Program — designed to help kids build confidence, strength, coordination, and a lifelong love of fitness in a fun, encouraging environment!
At KCI CrossFit, our mission has always been to create a place where kids can grow up surrounded by positive role models, learn how to move well, work hard, and support one another. Our Kids program focuses on developing:
- Balance and coordination
- Strength and body awareness
- Teamwork and leadership
- Confidence through effort and achievement
- Healthy habits that last a lifetime
Each class is age-appropriate, coach-led, and built around fun games and functional movement that keep kids engaged while they learn foundational fitness skills.
📅 Session Details
- Duration: 8 Weeks
- Begins: Week of March 9th
- Ends: Week of May 4th
- No Classes: Week of March 30th (Spring Break — athletes will not be charged)

Ages 3–4
- Tuesdays
- 10:30 – 11:00 AM
Ages 5–8
- Tuesdays
- 6:15 – 7:00 PM
Ages 9–12
- Wednesdays
- 7:15 – 8:15 PM
Teens
- Mondays & Wednesdays
- 7:15 – 8:15 PM
Multi-Age Class
- Thursdays
- 10:30 – 11:15 AM
Our goal is simple: help kids have fun, grow in confidence, and develop the physical skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the gym.
Spots are limited in each class to ensure every athlete receives individual attention from our coaching staff.
