Accumulate 10 minutes in a Plank. Do it in as few sets as possible. Every time you take a break – do 5 burpees!

How to apply this today: Calculate how much time you spend 1) Watching anything on the TV and 2) Calculate how much time you spend on your phone. How much time is it? 1 hour? 5 hours? 8 hours?
Here’s the deal. Yes, we have more distractions than all those great people in the quote. But that doesn’t give us an excuse to be mediocre. The great challenge we face is prioritizing our time. You don’t have 10 minutes to stretch? Or you can’t find the time to meal plan? You wish you could just pick up that book you’ve been meaning to read? Or do you want to have meaningful conversation with your partner? Look at how much time you spend looking at a television and your phone, then tell me again that you don’t have the time. Our technology should make our lives easier; more efficient. Yet, they are designed to capture and hold our attention (and time). Understand that, and fight against it. Reject mediocrity.
