Daily Fitness Challenge:

Wake up 15 minutes before normal and meditate. I dare you!

How to apply this principle this weekend: Work out. And do it with intensity. How often do we give ourselves a “free pass” because it’s the weekend? How often do you use Saturday or Sunday as a day to workout (with intensity)? The weekend comprises 29% of our week. So, if you are “good” Mon-Fri but use the weekend to “cheat”.. you’re cheating yourself out of 30% of the gains you can achieve. If we were in school, you’re limited to a C+. So, let that sink in, and make some time Saturday or Sunday to workout with intensity! “If you want to be better, you need to be challenged.” Challenge Accepted!
