What do you love most about coaching or CrossFit in general?

Everything is modifiable making it the best strength training program through all of life’s seasons. I came for the workouts but I’ve stayed because of the community.

What small, consistent habit has made the biggest difference in your own fitness?

Just showing up. Even if my body is tired, I always feel better when I show up to the gym at least 3 days a week.

Outside the gym, what does it mean for you to be “FIT?”

Having energy to keep up with my kids and the demands of motherhood in this postpartum season. Fit to me means something completely different than it did 10 years ago. Fit to me has nothing to do with looks and everything to do with how I function as a human, wife, friend, sister, daughter, and mother.

I have a gymnastics background, spent many years coaching nutrition, certifications in youth training and pre/postpartum coaching and I’m happy to help!
