It's so rewarding to see athletes progress or make small changes that give way to big results!
1. Consistency. Regardless of what chapter of life you are in, keep showing up for yourself and keep moving. Some days that happens in the gym, some days that happens at home. Some days it's the workout programmed, and some days it's what you make it. Just keep moving.
