-Even minutes:  10 Kipping chest to bar pull ups

-Odd minutes:  6 PVC jump overs at 24”

Band pull up if needed.  Two-foot jump over PVC pipes (posted between the boxes).

Rest 3 minutes

WOD:  EMOM 10

-Even minutes:  10 Kipping HSPU (deficit)

-Odd minutes:  Calorie row

Scale reps and skill on HSPU.  Calories on rower: Rx 20/14; Int 17/12; Nov 14/10.
