WOD: Athletes will complete on their own after they finish with 1RM (must share rowers)
At the start on 3,2,1...GO pull a sub ____ on the C2 rower. Once your pace drops below your set time, your rest begins.
1 minute rest between rounds
Post: 400m walk followed by the basic yoga series x5
