Warm up:  Line drills including knee to belly, knee down arm up, walking toe touch, walk out to push up, lunges, Lateral lunges

Finish with 2x8 of:

-Hip extension (GHD)

-Tuck jumps

And 1, 200m run

 

Wod prep (12 minutes):

-Deadlift build 5 at bar, 5 at 50/60, 3 at 70/75, 2 at 80/85 and 2x1 at 90%

-3x3 Box jumps (increase to height)

 

LV. A WOD:  AMRAP 20

-7 Deadlifts at 315/215 lbs

-15 Box jumps at 30/24”

-400m run

 

LV. B WOD:  AMRAP 20

-7 Deadlifts at 275/175 lbs

-15 Box jumps at 24/20”

-400m run

 

LV. C WOD:  AMRAP 20

-7 Deadlifts at 275/175 lbs (sub 235/135)

-10 Box jumps at 24/20” (sub 20/16”)

-400m run
