Build the Hang power snatch

5 with the bar

5 at 50%

5 at 60%

3 at 75%

2 at 80%

2 at 85%

1 at 90%

 

EMOM 6*

-5 Hang Power snatch at 70% of 1RM

*LV. A athletes can perform 1+1+1 of:

-1 power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch + 1 OHS at 75% (of Hang squat snatch)


 

15 minutes skill work
