Warm up:  Coach-led BW drills including 50 Jumping jack, 50 mountain climbers and

-walking lunges, lateral lunges, walking toe touch, side shuffle, carioca, burpee broad jumps, runner’s lunge, duck walk, inch worm, high knees, butt kickers, sprints x5


WOD prep 10 minutes which should include building both strength components and performing 3x5+ tight arch to hollow, pull ups, etc


WOD (for time)


Front squat 135/95, 115/80, 95/65


Bench press 135/95, 115/80, 95/65


Chest to bar pull ups

-Perform as a triplet
