Warm up:  Quick group stretch followed by a group 600m jog. Finish with banded Lat, shoulder and Tricep work

BB work:  

  1. Push Jerk 3 at 75%, 3x2 at 80%, 2x2 at 85%

  2. Push Press 5 at 65%, 5 at 70%, 5 at 75%

 

LV. A Conditioning:  4 rounds for time

-21 reps American Kettlebell swings 53/35lbs

-15 reps Bench press 95/65lbs

-9 Box jumps 24/20”

LV. B Conditioning:  4 rounds for time
