Mobility and wod prep:  Ankle/calf, quad/ham, lat/shoulder/tri

 

Skill:  Pistols and bar muscle ups

-Progressions for each

-Modifications for each

 

Conditioning:  For time

-10-10-10-10-10 Pistols

-3-3-3-3-3 Bar Muscle ups

-EMOM 5 Burpees to a 6” target (starting at 1:00)
