Warm up:  Group jog, mobility and PVC work

Technique:  3x3 Tall snatch with PVC or bare bar

 

BB work:

  1. Snatch 5x3 at 65% (Build then EMOM)

  2. Back Squat 3x4 at 85%

 

Conditioning:  On the minute for 15 minutes:

Minute 1:  8-12 Pull ups (strict or kip)

Minute 2:  30 DU’s + 10 OHS 75/55

Minute 3:  Farmer’s carry

 

Post:  3x5-7 Back extension

         5x3-5 Hanging leg raise
