Tuesday, June 14th WOD

Warm up:  500m row + 2 rounds of 10 air squats, ring rows, push ups and sit ups

Technique:  3x5 Push press with a PVC  focusing on the dip drive

BB work:

  1. Push jerk 5x5 at 55%

-Build then perform as an EMOM

    2.  Push press 3x5 at 75%

 

 

Conditioning:  Every minute for 20 minutes perform the following:

                      Minute 1:  20 second ME cal row

                      Minute 2:  10 burpees

                      Minute 3:  10 Strict pull ups

                      Minute 4:  10 GHD sit-ups
