Warm up:  6 minute circuit including row, bike and running. Coach led mobility and PVC work.

 

 

LV. A and B Strength:  Snatch

-2 at 50, 2 at 60, 2 at 70%

Clean and jerk

-2+1 at 50, 2+1 at 60, 2+1 at 70%

Back squat

-3 at 60, 3 at 65, 3 at 70 and 3 at 75

SLDL

-3x5, heavier than last time

 

LV. C will do the same-Snatch and Clean and Jerk

 

Conditioning:  For time

-800m run, 2 minute rest

-600m run, 1 minute rest

-400m run, 1 minute rest

-200m run

-Beginner athletes may add :30 to their rest

 

Post:  200m walk then foam roll
