Warm up:  Row, Bike, Run

-2 minutes per drill + 400m run

-Coach-led mobility for OH work

 

Barbell work:  Snatch

-3 at 60, 65, 7 at 75 and 2x3 at 80%

Snatch pull

-3x2 at 100 and 105%

Back squat

-3 at 70, 75 and 3x3 at 80%

Push press

-5 at 70, 75, 3 at 80 and 3x2 at 85%

 

Conditioning options:  5 minute bike, 750m row at 75% or an 800m jog

-Foam roll and yoga series
