Warm up:  8 minute circuit including jump rope, box step up and KB

-Mobility for BB work:  wrists/forearms/shoulders and hips

 

Barbell work: Clean & Jerk

-3+1 at 60 and 65, 2+1 at 70 and 75, 2x3+1 at 80%

Clean pull

-3x2 at 100 and 105%

Front squat

-2 at 70, 75, 80 and 3x2 at 85%

SLDL

-3x5, heavier than last time (roughly 75% of 1RM Deadlift)

-Wall balls 20/14lbs

-Chest to bar pull ups
