Barbell work:  Power Clean

-2x5 at 75%

Power jerk

-2x5 at 65%

Push press

-3x3 at 75%

 

LV. A Conditioning: For reps

Against a 3 minute clock, perform 1, 15 foot rope climb + 600m sprint + ME American KBS 70/53

Rest 3 minutes and repeat x 2

Score is total reps for all three rounds

 

LV. B Conditioning:  For reps

Against a 3 minute clock, perform 1, 15 foot rope climb + 400m sprint + ME American KBS 70/53 or 53/45

Rest 3 minutes and repeat x 2

Score is total reps for all three rounds

 

LV. C Conditioning:  For reps

Against a 3 minute clock, perform a 400m sprint + ME Russian KBS 70/53 or 53/35
