Warm up:  Tabata row + tabata jump rope

-4 minutes each

-Coach led BW drills and PVC work

 

Barbell work:  Snatch

-3 at 60, 3 at 65, 2 at 70 and 4x2 at 75%

Snatch pull

-3x4 at 100%

Back squat

3 at 70, 3x4 at 75%

Push Press

-5 at 70, 5 at 85 and 3x3 at 80%

 

Conditioning:  6 rounds

-30 second jump rope (doubles or singles)

-5 Air squats

-5 Pull ups

-5 Push ups
