Warm up:  Top down stretches, partner (indoor) run

Barbell work:  Power snatch

-2x5 at 70%

Snatch push press + OHS

-4x3+1 at 70%

 

Conditioning:  Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Minute 1:  8 OH alternating lunges 95/65

Minute 2:  5 Box jumps at 30/24”

Minute 3:  8-15 UB Toes to bar

Minute 4:  1-5 Ring dips + 5 Burpees
