Warm up:  Tabata jump rope/row

-4 minutes each

-Followed by PVC work

 

Strength:  Power clean

-3x5 at 70%

-Push jerk 3x5 at 60% (of split jerk)

-Overhead squat 3x5 at 70%

 

Conditioning:  For time

-500m row

-10 Pull ups

-ME Ring push ups

-400m sprint

-10 Pull ups

-ME Ring push ups

-2 minute Jump rope (DU’s or singles)

-10 Pull ups

-ME Ring push ups

 

Post:  1,000m row + yoga series x5
