Thursday, April 21st Open Gym

OPEN GYM HOURS are 5:30-7am, 9:00-10:00am and 4-7pm.  There will be an optional programmed workout with strength/skill work.



Warm up:  Athlete choice (8-10 minutes)

Mobility/stability:  Banded pull aparts, no money drill and plank hold with shoulder taps

-3x10-12 reps of each

Followed by 400m farmers carry 53/35lbs


Skill or strength:  Athlete choice 12-20 minutes


Conditioning:  Tabata (4 minutes each)

-Calorie AirDyne

-DU’s (sub singles)

-Calorie Row

-Rest as needed between
