Warm up:  Partner 1,000m jog, switch every 200m

-Coach led BW and mobility drills

 

Strength:  Back squat

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes

-6 reps @ 70%

-4 reps @ 80%

-2 reps @ 85%

-1 reps @ 90%

-1 rep @ 95%

Finish with one set of:

-Max Unbroken Reps @ 80%

 

Conditioning:  8 minute AMRAP

-10 STO 115/75, 95/55, 75/35lbs

-8 Chin ups (strict, supinated grip, banded if needed)

-6 Box jumps 30/24” (sub 24/20”)
