Thursday February 11th Open Gym and Yoga

OPEN GYM HOURS are 5:30-7am, 9:00-10:00am, 12-1pm and 4-7pm.  There will be an optional programmed workout with strength/skill work.

YOGA with Karen at 9:15am!  

Warm up:  Athlete choice (10-12 minutes)


Mobility/Stability:  Banded pull aparts (foam roller)

-3 sets 8-10 reps

Turkish get ups

-5 sets/2 reps per side


Strength:  Overhead Squat


-Establish a heavy 3R


Conditioning:  3 rounds for reps

-45 seconds ME Row for cals

-45 seconds KB SDLHP

-45 seconds HR Push ups

-Rest 1 minute

-Repeat, finish 3 total sets


Skill work:  Toes to Bar!

-10-15 minutes
