Thursday March 3rd Open Gym

OPEN GYM HOURS are 5:30-7am, 9:00-10:00am and 4-7pm.  There will be an optional programmed workout with strength/skill work.



Warm up:  Athlete choice


Strength:  Thruster

-15 minute build then:

Conditioning Option 1:  For time

-50 Thrusters 95/65

-Every time you drop, you must complete a 200m run

-No resting in front or back rack position


Conditioning Option 2:  3 rounds

-1,000m row

-800m run
