Warm up:  Coach-led BW drills and lots of mobility!!

 

 

Strength:  Hang Snatch

-15 minutes to establish a 1R heavy then:

-5 reps at 90%

-From the hang (above the knee)

-Rest as needed

-Misses = 5 burpee penalty

 

Strength 2:  Back squat

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes

-6 reps @ 65%

-4 reps @ 75%

-2 reps @ 80%

-2 reps @ 85%

-1 rep @ 90%

Finish with one set of:

-Max Unbroken Reps @ 75%

 

Post:  800m jog + foam roll
