OPEN GYM HOURS are 5:30-7am, 9:00-10:00am, 12-1pm and 4-7pm.  There will be an optional programmed workout with strength/skill work.

 

Warm up:  2k row

 

Mobility:  Choose 2-3 drills

 

Stregnth or Skill work:  ATHLETE CHOICE

-90 DU’s

-9 Ring muscle up

-9 Power snatch 135/95

-80 DU’s

-8 Ring muscle up

-8 Power snatch

-70 DU’s

-7 Ring muscle up

-7 Power snatch

 

Conditioning Option 2:  4 rounds or time

-45 DU’s (sub 90 singles)

-10 T2B (sub hanging knees)

-10 Power snatch 95/65 or 75/45
