Warm up:  Group stretch followed by 800m jog and 10 reps of air squats, ring rows, push ups, OH walking lunges, ring dips and GHD sit ups


BB work:  3 attempts to establish a new 1RM Push press

LV. A Conditioning:  3 rounds

-15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 85/55

-20 T2B

-15 Bench press

-20 Pull ups (strict or kip, no butterfly)

Post:  5 minute bike (easy) + yoga series x5
