Warm up:  ATHLETE CHOICE (spend 10-12 minutes)

 

Strength/Stability:  Choose 2-3 Bulletproof back and shoulders exercises and perform 3 sets, 6-10 reps of each movement.  Finish with couplet:

-1-arm OH lunges (30’ per arm)

-bonus farmer’s carry on opposing arm

-ME Chin-over-the-bar hold (supinated grip)

-Perform 3 sets

 

Strength:  Back squat

-5 at 65%

-5 at 75%

-5+ at 85%

 

Conditioning:  4x400m run OR 1 mile run for time
