Warm up:  4 minute jump rope

-30 seconds on, 30 seconds off

-2x10 lunges, ring rows and sit ups

Mobility:  Hips (10 minutes)

Strength:  Hatch

-Week 7, Day 1

Skill:  Kipping

-Focusing on the pull up

-Tight arch to hollow

-Strong push away

-Small sets

Conditioning: Every minute for 10 minutes complete:

-20 DU’s

-5 Pull ups

-5 HR push ups

Post:  Yoga series x5
