Thursday September 10th Open Gym

OPEN GYM HOURS are 9:00-10:00am, 12-1pm and 4-7pm.  There will be a programmed bodyweight workout with optional skill work.    Expect Deadlift, bench and running.    

Athletes completing the full version of ‘Hatch,’ will complete our second day of programming on Friday.  Come to class knowing your percents.
