Warm up:  Partner 200, 400, 800m run

-Med ball cleans and KB swings

Mobility:  Wrist, lats and hips

Strength:  3-position cleans

-below the knee

-mid thigh

-hip

Conditioning:  3 rounds

-50 yard sled push at 1.5x BW

-400m run (sub 200m run for beginners)

-7 Hang cleans 155/105 (sub 135/85, 115/65, 95/45)

Post:  Couch stretch x2 minutes per side
