Warm up:  3 rounds with a partner

-500m row, 20 Med ball slams 30/20 and 12 Pull ups

-One partner works at a time

-Modifications for intermediate and beginners


Mobility:  Shoulders, wrists and forearms


Skill:  Toes to Bar

-Tight arch to hollow

-Eliminating the double swing

-Sub hanging knees


Conditioning:  10 minute AMRAP

-3 Curtis P’s 105/65 (sub 85/45, 65/15)

-6 Burpees over the bar

-9 T2B (sub hanging knee raises)


Post:  Yoga series x 5
