OPEN GYM HOURS are 9:00-10:00am, 12-1pm and 4-7pm.  There will be a programmed bodyweight workout with optional skill work.           


Athletes completing the full version of ‘Hatch,’ this is your second/final day of week five.  Show up to class knowing your percents!


YOGA with Karen is tonight at 5:30pm!  Bring a yoga mat and water to this hour long stretch session with our favorite yogi!  This class is free to all KCI members and $5 for non-members.
