Monday July 6th WOD

Warm up:  500m row plus coach led PVC drills for mobility

-Pull thru’s, figure 8’s, press (BTN), OHS

Mobility:  Hips

Strength:  Overhead squat (from the rig)

Build then perform

-5x65, 5x70, ME at 75%

Partner conditioning:  3 rounds, each partner will work for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds.  Score is total reps combined.

-Row for calories

-Hand release push ups

-Box jumps 24/20”

-Ab mat sit ups

-1 Minute rest
