The workout will be released Thursday evening at 8pm.  Expect the structure and requirements to be similar to the CrossFit OPEN.  There will be divisions for scaled, master’s and Rx athletes.  You may complete the workout at ANY class time on Friday:

6am/8am/9am, 4:15/5:15pm
