TEAM WOD starts at 9:15am! THIS WEEK WE ARE TRAINING AT PARK HILL HIGH SCHOOL TRACK AND AQUATIC CENTER! Bring your running shoes and swim gear as we’ll take it to the pool shortly after our track workout. All fitness levels are welcome!
We begin class with a fun group warm up followed by a challenging conditioning workout. Beginners are teamed up and will have plenty of instruction! If you are not comfortable with the swim component, don’t worry! This workout will be after the track portion which everyone can do! Friends and family are welcome.
Should the weather be unsafe (rain/thunderstorms) we will meet at KCI CrossFit and train indoors!
