OPEN GYM HOURS are 9:00-10:00am and 4-7pm. There will be a programmed bodyweight workout with optional skill work. Expect handstand push ups.
Athletes completing the full version of ‘Hatch,’ this is your second/final day of week one. Show up to class knowing your percents!
Coach Steve Rice will be running our Olympic Lifting class from 4:30-6pm this evening. Programming will be listed in the member forum.
