Wednesday June 10th WOD

Warm up:  3-minute jump rope + coach led BW skills including wall walks and PVC drills

Skill:  HSPU and T2B

Conditioning:  For reps

-30 seconds DU’s

-30 seconds HSPU’s (sub push ups)

-30 seconds KBS 53/35 (Russian)

-30 seconds T2B

-3 minutes per skill

-Athletes will partner up and perform 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest

-Athletes will alternate

-Add up total reps per team
