Monday June 8th WOD

Warm up:  400 meter run plus coach led calisthenics and PVC mobility

Strength:  Push press + OHS

-8-minutes build to 65% of OHS max

-5-minute EMOM; 2 push press + 2 OHS

-BTN (behind the neck)

Conditioning:  For time

All athletes will begin the workout with a 800m run and then complete:

21-15-9

-Alternating OH lunges 65/45

-Pull ups

-MB sit ups 20/14#
