Tuesday June 30th WOD

Warm up:  600m run followed by coach led BW drills including push ups, single leg deadlifts and PVC work

Strength:  Bench 3x70, 3x75, MEx80%

                Deadllift 3x70, 3x75, MEx80%  

Conditioning:  Perform as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

-10 Supine ring rows

-7 Ball slams 30/20#

Rest 3 minutes then perform 3 rounds of

-30 yard sled push at 2x BW

-200m sprint
