-Pull thru’s, figure 8’s, press from BTN, OHS, drop snatch

Strength:  Snatch Complex (1 High hang, 1 Mid hang, 1 Full)

-Set 1:  2xBar

-Set 2:  3x65/45

-Set 3:  3x85/55

-Set 4:  2x105/65

Conditioning:  4 rounds of “Nancy”

-400m run

-15 OHS 95/65 (sub 75/45) (beginners sub 45/15)
