Tuesday May 26th WOD

The last week of every month is de-load week at KCI.  Expect lighter workouts this week!  Meshugge competitors:  You need to continue training hard and swimming this week!

Warm up:  2x250 row, BW drills, PVC work and yoga series x 5

Mobility:  Shoulders, Hips, Ankles (10 minutes)

Skill:  KB Windmills

Conditioning:  KB Complex (3 rounds)

-Five, 1-arm swings (each)

-Five, 1-arm snatch (each)

-Five, 1-arm windmills (each)

Finish with a 1000m row at 75%
