Skill:  HS/Pistol/Rope climb technique

-Drills for beginners, intermediate and advanced

Conditioning A:  9 minute EMOM

Minute 1:  Max Effort Handstand Walk (Sub Handstand hold)

Minute 2:  12 Alternating Pistols

Minute 3:  1-3 Rope Climbs

Conditioning B.  

3x400m run

Rest 2 minutes between attempts

Record fastest time
