Warm up:  Partner warm up including BW drills and mobility

Skill:  Rope Climbs

Strength:  Push Press 3x70, 3x80, 3+ at 90

Conditioning:  Partner WOD

                      -10 Thrusters 135/95 (sub 115/75)

                      -5 Rope Climbs 15’

                      -15 Box Jumps 24/20”

-15 minute AMRAP

-Partner 1 will be completing a 200m sprint while Partner 2 chips away at the triplet

-When Partner 1 returns from the run, they begin where Partner 1 left off

-Score is total completes rounds and reps
