Warm up:  500m row + coach led BW drills including inverted holds and mobility for shoulders

Strength:  Deadlift 5x65%, 5x75%, 5+ at 85%

                Push Press 5x65%, 5x75%, 5+ at 85%

Conditioning:  3 rounds:

                      -250m row followed by max effort HSPU (sub push press)

                      -2 minute time cap

                      -Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Post:  2 rounds:

         -25 KBS 53/35# (American swings)

         -2 Rope Climbs 15’
